Strict Regulations
Regulation of Prevention Fraud By The Athletes
National Licence / ID card is issued based on Birth Certificate. State / UT / Member Units / Sports Federations must verify the age of the players for age-group competitions, specifying that all players must get their age verified by way of a medical test prior to participation, Boccia India conduct an additional medical test to perform its due diligence.
Boccia India also has a Regulation Related to Age Fraud which makes those involved in age fraud liable for a two-year ban. Boccia India deactivates the IDs / SDMS of Para Athletes if involved in such Fraudulent Acts. However, who are assessed for age fraud and found overage in medical tests by the Orthopedic Doctors are permitted to participate only in upper age category.
